At Raneet, our relationship with you continues even after the project is completed. We provide after-sales support to ensure your interiors and furniture remain in excellent condition.
1. Free Service Period
- We offer a [3-month complimentary service period] from the date of installation.
- During this period, we will provide one free service visit for minor touch-ups, adjustments, or alignment issues.
2. Services Covered
- Minor alignment of shutters, drawers, and fittings.
- Tightening of screws, hinges, or handles.
- Minor polish/touch-up for scratches (where feasible).
- Basic inspection of furniture and fittings.
3. Services Not Covered (Chargeable)
- Damage due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling.
- Wear and tear caused by water seepage, termites, or external factors.
- Replacement of hardware, hinges, or accessories beyond warranty.
- Re-polishing, upholstery changes, or modifications requested after project handover.
- Movement, shifting, or re-installation of furniture to a new location.
4. Paid Service Visits
- After the free service period, clients can request service visits at a nominal fee.
- Costs will be communicated in advance based on the scope of work.
5. Warranty Support
- If a product under warranty develops a manufacturing defect, repair or replacement will be arranged as per our Warranty Policy.
- Warranty claims must be supported with photographs and purchase/invoice details.
