- Clients are responsible for providing accurate site details, measurements, and approvals from building authorities/societies where applicable.
3. Payments & Fees
- Fees are communicated before commencement of work.
- Payments are structured in stages (e.g., advance, design approval, mid-stage, completion).
- All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Delay in payments may lead to suspension of work.
4. Intellectual Property
- All designs, drawings, concepts, layouts, and materials created by Raneet remain the intellectual property of the company.
- Clients are granted a limited license to use the design for their personal property only.
- Unauthorized reproduction, sharing, or use of designs without written consent is prohibited.
5. Materials, Products & Warranty
- Product and material warranties (if any) are provided directly by manufacturers/suppliers.
- Raneet is not liable for defects, delays, or damages caused by third-party products or vendors.
- Natural variations in wood, stone, fabric, and finishes are considered normal and not defects.
6. Project Timelines
- Estimated timelines will be communicated at the start of the project.
- Delays caused by external factors (approvals, material availability, client decisions, unforeseen circumstances) are beyond Raneet’s control.
7. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must ensure timely access to the site for work, delivery, and installation.
- Any restrictions imposed by housing societies, authorities, or neighbors must be communicated in advance.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Raneet will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of services or products.
- Liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for services.
9. Cancellations & Refunds
- Once a project has commenced, cancellations are subject to deduction of costs incurred till date.
- Refunds, if any, will be at the discretion of Raneet and communicated in writing.
10. Website Use
- All content on this website (images, text, logos, designs) is owned by Raneet.
- Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

11. Governing Law
