At Raneet – Customized Interiors & Furniture, every product is made-to-order with utmost care and craftsmanship. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Customized Products
- All furniture and interior solutions are custom-made based on client requirements, site measurements, and approved designs.
- As these products are created specifically for you, they are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has commenced.
2. Order Confirmation & Cancellations
- Orders are confirmed upon receipt of an advance payment.
- Cancellations made before production begins may be eligible for a partial refund (after deducting design fees, site visits, or administrative charges).
- Once production has started, cancellations or refunds are not permitted.
3. Returns & Exchanges
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on customized products.
- Only in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during delivery/installation, we will repair or replace the product at no additional cost.
- Natural variations in wood grain, fabric texture, polish, or color tone are not considered defects.
4. Delivery & Installation
- Clients are responsible for ensuring clear site access and readiness for delivery/installation.
- Any delays or damages caused due to site conditions, society permissions, or third-party contractors are not the responsibility of Raneet.
5. Warranty
- Our products come with a 1 year limited warranty (you can decide, e.g., 1 year, years, etc.) against manufacturing defects.
- Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, misuse, or lack of proper maintenance.
- Damage caused by falls, impacts, physical abuse, water seepage, humidity, pests, or improper handling.
- Modifications or repairs done by third parties.
6. Refund Processing (if applicable)
- Approved refunds (for pre-production cancellations) will be processed within 7–14 working days via the original payment method.
